Our multinational partner is looking for new team members in the city centre of Budapest.


  • Solve IT related problems via phone and ticketing system
  • Provide quality service for customers all over the world
  • Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, firewall, solve hardware and software problems
  • Handle Internet and password issues


  • At least 1.5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk role
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work is shifts from Monday to Friday
