Tasks:

  • Solve IT related problems via phone and ticketing system
  • Provide quality service for customers in UK
  • Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, firewall, solve hardware and software problems
  • Handle Internet and password issues

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk role
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work is shifts
