On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a candidate to be a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative.
- incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails: respond to inquiries and resolve problems
- liaising with Dutch speaking distributors and customers: providing help and information, problem solving
- liaising with warehouse and suppliers
- handling complaints, reclamations
- Fluent English AND Dutch knowledge is a must
- Customer Service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome!
- Excellent cummunication skill
