Responsibilities:
- Process and follow-up incoming orders
- Keep contact with customers: order related questions, product availability, price inquiries, complaints
- Arrange and coordinate shipments in the Middle East region
- Prepare and handle specific export documents and invoices
- Liaise between warehouses and freight companies
Requirements
- Advanced English is a must
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer contact/ order management/ export related role
- Proactive, open-minded attitude
- Down-to- earthpersonality
