On behalf of our excellent multinational partner, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager.
Your daily task would be:
- Support the Managing Director
- Coordinate incoming calls, mail and courier services
- Maintain contract listing, assist the Managing Director with coordination of contracts
- Handle administration work for management
- Act as the host and main point of contact for all employees and other visitors
- Handling of approved travel requests by arranging flights, hotel, etc.
- Ordering of facility related matters, such as: office supplies, letterhead paper, business cards etc.
- Maintain invoice register, maintain and prepare invoices for customers
- Maintain contact with authorities, HR, Legal, other departments
- at least 2 years of experience in similar field
- fluent English knowledge
