Our international partner has a significant role in the banking sector all over the world and they are currently expanding their BI&BD team in Budapest.

Business Intelligence & Big Data (BI&BD) is responsible to drive the Business Intelligence strategy and to deliver modular and reusable Business Intelligence Solutions to company's entities worldwide, leveraging synergies of skills, scope, and resources. By joining the team you will have the opportunity to work with a highly dynamic, international and rapidly growing team of BI&BD project managers, engineers, developers, and architects. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and setup the software as a service concept for a globally available service
  • Initiating planning and set up of new service components
  • Coordinate the operations and maintenance of related software, complex server infrastructure and databases (Linux, SAS, Oracle)
  • Maintain service related documentation according with company's standards
  • Plan capacity and sizing of the service components, proactive hardware and environment management
  • Monitoring and SLA Management
  • Archiving, backup and recovery management
  • Escalation management and incident resolution support for the SaaS
  • Document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in development, architecture, rollout and operations teams as well as with customers for releases/upgrades/changes
  • Perform service controlling (P&L)


Key requirements /skills /experience
  • At least 3 years experiences in project management
  • At least 5 years experience in operating infrastructure and application management
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure architecture
  • ITIL
  • Experience with software as a service concepts
  • Desirable: SAS + DB knowledge
  • Desirable: Experience in BI Project Management and Service delivery management
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a MUST
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organising abilities
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ideal Candidate can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Willingness to travel internationally
