On a behalf of our multinational partner operating in a field of real estate we are
currently seeking a dynamic and hardworking person for the following position :

Receptionist/Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Support Managing Directors in their day to day activities, including communications, scheduling of business and private meetings, etc. and any other needs of the Managing Directors
  • Organizing travel arrangements, both business and private, dealing with concerning matters
  • Handle day to day front and back office duties and reception activities, including all aspects of corporate office management
  • Manage the office operations
  • Coordinate, manage, direct and supervise the work of the housekeeper and driver
  • Manage the petty cash
  • Serve as the representative of the executives, management and the corporate office

Requirements

  • University/College degree
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Highly developed problem solving skills
  • Flexibility in time is highly required
  • Ability to accommodate evening and weekend hours, availability by phone on call is highly required
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must
