Responsibilities:
- Order management
- Issue resolution
- Keeping contact with customers and stakeholders
- Perform daily credit management processes
- AR accounting related tasks and collection
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting, analysis and decision-making
- Provide information to management
- Identify best practices and engages others in the implementation
Requirements
- Fluent English AND Dutch AND French knowledge is a must
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Any experience in Shared Service environment is a huge advantage (AR / collection / credit control / OTC / Customer Service)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Can work independent and is a self-starter
