Our multinational client one of the leader in its field currently looking for an Office Manager/team Assistant for the following tasks:

  • Support the management team in booking meetings, business trips
  • Support the management team with assembling the reports
  • Ensure control over documents (bank guarantees, insurance policies)
  • Cooperation with all departments of the company
  • Answer incoming phone calls,take care of postal requirements
  • General administration tasks


  • Ideally bsc or msc degree
  • At least 1,5 year of experience in similar role
  • Strong, confident English knowledge
  • Very clear communication skill
  • Able to work under stress
