Business Intelligence & Big Data (BI&BD) is responsible within Allianz Technology SE to drive the Business Intelligence strategy and to deliver modular and reusable Business Intelligence Solutions to Allianz entities (OE) worldwide, leveraging synergies of skills, scope, and resources. As the BI&BD unit is currently expanding in the Budapest office, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly dynamic, international and rapidly growing team of BI&BD project managers, engineers, developers, and architects. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the platform requests from customer side – responding first level support requests
  • Assign roles and responsibilities regarding the customer requests
  • Daily sync with the BI platform customers based on request status
  • Schedule requests based on priorities
  • Setup the related documentations
  • Plan and setup the Business Intelligence project operation support processes
  • Building up and take the training program for solution providers from platform perspective
  • Drive the platform services based on the customer feedback
  • Technical and process cooperation with the platform architects to improve the service quality
  • Internal best practice implementation methodology development

Követelmények

Key requirements /skills /experience
  • At least 4 years experiences as a customer single point of contact for international services
  • Highly experienced in customer support role
  • At least 2 years experiences in Business Intelligence, or database projects
  • Technical, architectural skills regarding one of a big BI, or database vendor offering
  • Ability to document the processes
  • Ideal Candidate can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Willingness to learn continuously
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a MUST
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizing abilities
  • Strong customer focus

  • Negotiation, influencing, persuasion skills as well as excellent presentation, time management and networking skills
