On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a candidate to be a German Speaking Administrator for a 6 months long period.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing e-mails
  • Providing administrative support to German speaking distributors and customer service representatives
  • Handling contracts and incoming orders
  • Keep the internal database up-to-date

Requirements

  • Fluent English AND German knowledge is a must
  • Customer Service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Precise, accurate working style
