Your responsibilities as a Cost Administrator (Accounts Payable) will include:

  • Assist with the payment of invoices
  • Validate incoming invoices
  • Coding of service charge and insurance invoices
  • Ensuring all spreadsheets are kept up to date , Co-ordination of service charge administration
  • Liaising with Treasury Department regarding invoice payments and change notes


  • Advanced English language knowledge
  • Any experience (0,5-1 year) in a finance related administrative role
  • Precise, accurate working style
  • Ability to keep deadlines
  • Ms Office (especially experience working in Exel)
