Our partner is looking for Financial Process & Transition Analyst with 5 years of experience in finance or accounting and proven track record of project management, process optimalization, migration. We are seeking a person who is comfortable with transition projects, has good analytical and technical skills combined with the ability of seeing the big picture.

Responsibilities as a Financial Process & Transition Analyst:

  • Deliver the migration of transactional activities
  • Manage, investigate, establish all process, systems and business requirements
  • Identify new technology requirements & process improvement
  • Perform end to end process reviews
  • Design and produce all value proposition documentation including current and future state design scenarios, cost benefit & risk analysis and detailed recommendations for all proposed solutions
  • Identify and deploy all opportunities for streamlining of business processes including full process documentation, process flows and development of standard play books
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders


  • Deep understanding of financial / accounting processes, min. 5 years of experience gained in SSC environment
  • Extensive experience in delivering successful process redesign migration and optimization initiatives
  • Process/Continuous Improvement experience essential
  • Strong focus on standardisation and automation
  • Proven successful delivery of multiple projects, cross functionally on time, and on budget essential
  • Extensive experience in delivering successful process redesign migration and optimization initiatives
  • Experience of centralizing activities into shared service/business centre environment would be a huge advantage
  • Fluent English skills required, other European or Asia-Pac languages advantageous
