Our client is a major and fast expanding global manufacturer company, operating all over the world.
On behalf of our prestigious client we are looking for you if you are experienced in logistics / supply chain / trade management, with knowledge of EU customs regulations, incoterms, free trade arrangements.
You could face new challenges at a well-organized multinational company as part of the Center of Excellence Supply Chain Department. The primary function is to maintain and update compliance documents, engage customs compliance, execute Free Trade Agreement qualification and carry out classification projects.

Tasks as a Supply Chain Analyst (Trade Compliance):

  • maintain and update compliance documents, ensure all necessary documentation
  • report to the GTM Regional Team Leade
  • engage delivery, customs compliance and quality, productivity and report management, and exception management
  • perform import and export classification under the EU ECN or other country level systems in the region, free-trade agreement (FTA) qualification and analysis
  • execute FTA solicitation and qualification, ensuring all necessary documentation is
  • explain the rules of the FTA to internal customers
  • carry out classification projects, including working with engineering and procurement
  • prepare all documentation needed to assist with Pre and Post Entry activities with customs brokers and forwarders
  • trade support work to include providing certificates of origin, specific FTA documents, and receipt, coding


  • 3-5 years in trade compliance experience
  • English Fluent, German is a plus
  • Proficiency in product classification, origination, and valuation skills
  • Proficiency in EU customs regulations
  • Strong knowledge of EU member states import and export regulations, including knowledge of HS classification rules and valuation laws
  • Familiarity with Customs BTI rulings
  • Bachelor’s degree required
