Multinational FMCG company holding strong position in the global and local market has an open position for an experienced Key Account Manager.

  • Build and manage relationship with the key clients/customers
  • Conduct negotiations (Annual Terms&Conditions, listings, planograms, displays, promotion execution etc)
  • Implement and maintain in-store tactics, marketing actions and special events
  • Cooperate with Logistics to plan, analyze and forecast customer’s needs and to ensure on-time and complete delivery
  • Visit of stores to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor performance vs. objectives, take actions to drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate in-store objectives and monitor execution of 5P targets
  • Resolve operational issues at head/regional offices or in-store

Requirements

  • University/college degree of any relevant field
  • 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Category Management awareness
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, credible
  • Result-oriented, independent with lots of initiative
  • Good team worker
