On behalf of our prestigious client we are looking for you if you are an enthusiastic German speaking candidate with electrical engineering background, who would like to face new challenges at a newly established back office team in BUDAPEST!
Fresh graduates with electrical engineering degree are also welcome!

The primary function is to provide pre-sales technical and application support, quotation, and product selection assistance to customers, end users, field sales, electrical wholesalers, distributors and resellers for designated territory and products as well as troubleshooting product problems/warranty, and application assistance received via phone, email, fax or Web. Develop technical knowledge for internal and external customers and represent the company towards customers. Partner with field sales to support and influence designated sales goals.

  • Proactively act to understand and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard task/queries
  • Act as the point of reference for customers in case of local business requires high technical expertise (solve complex, high impact problems).
  • You may have limited supervisory role to support the CS Team Leader/Manager
  • You can have a small sales target to start to take direct ownership of some accounts (i.e. renewals, less technical sales, etc)


  • Excellent German language skills (C1, C2) and advanced English language knowledge
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 4-5 years of electrical or device support
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and unique knowledge in the area of expertise
  • SAP experience is a huge plus
