interactions with many stakeholders across the business, including collaboration with and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Main tasks:

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Coordinating development of Business Case;
• Ensuring proper resources requirements, availability and allocation;
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensuring that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Providing accurate project reporting (enabling informed decision making process);
• Building project management culture and being PMO ambassador in the organization.
