We are looking for an Junior Sales Process Specialist with CRM system knowledge who will be the key user of the system for our multinational partner that is present in the information technology sector.
Main tasks:
- Plan and deliver the initial and on-going training for the sales teams
- Create and maintain any country-specific training documentation required
- Support users with “how to” questions and “it’s not working” issues
- Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues and identify bugs and defects
- Participate and assist in activities to drive user adoption of D365
- Solicit feedback from the sales teams, gather and submit new requirements for continuous improvements
- Work with the geo key user to proactively provide feedback to the WW Sales Processes team
- Provide proactive communication to country management and sales teams about new D365 functionality, changes and known issues
