• Communication via phone or email with customers regarding orders and their products
• Dealing with different types of queries - not received orders, delivery time of the bought products, technical questions regarding the usage of the products.
• Weekly tracking activities and reporting to the management

• * The position requires working during weekends (twice a month), Monday to Sunday rotative from 8 am to 8 pm, 5 days per week
