Our international partner is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The new colleague will communicate with international customers in their respective language: Hungarian, Croatian/Serbian and in English via phone and e-mail.

She/he will be responsible for complete order handling in SAP and Excel - availability checking, order entry, order management & optimization, delivery planning and solving any issues that may occur.

  • Keeping daily contact with customers
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Handling orders
  • Reply and manage emails
  • Handling complaints
  • Ensure a smooth, seamless operation

  • Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Advanced Croatian or Serbian
  • Minimum secondary education, higher education preferred
  • Min.1-3 years work experience various
