We are looking for experienced marketing professionals for our multinational partner.

You will be responsible for:

  • Management of CRM and reporting, implement and manage all necessary tools to run it in short, mid and long term for Hungary
  • Management and transformation of existing consumer journey ecosystem from the purchase through building loyalty & advocacy
  • Project management with external and internal stakeholders of all new deployments resulting in the increasing effectiveness of Customer Service processes
  • Lead the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the costumer life cycle
  • Reporting results to the relevant teams on consumer behaviour, feedback & insights
Követelmények

What makes you the best candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or FMCG organization
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must
  • Willingness to quickly learn & proactivity & independency
  • Affinity for systems in a business environment
  • Must have clear understanding and capability in the areas of digital marketing and strategy and its role in overall business KPI delivery
  • Strong analytical capabilities utilizing data and system functionalities
  • High level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
