On behalf of our partner in Budapest we are looking for a highly motivated CORPORATE COUNSEL.

As a corporate counsel you will responsible for:

• Draft, develop, assess, review, negotiate and interpret contracts on IT outsourcing, consulting, service, professional services, software, cloud services and related commercial documents

• Coordinate activities with cross-functional inhouse teams (e.g. tax, treasury, supply chain, sales, etc.), from opportunity assessment through contract implementation, award and post award activities

• Existing and constantly self-initiated training of expertise in the field of commercial, competition and contracts law in the context of local and EU law, incl. rules and regulations for countries outside of the European Economic Area

• Assess and identify contractual risks to management of different functional units and obtain approvals by actively driving the decision-making process

• Provide training on contractual and/or legal matters to various functions, such as sales or operations
