Your daily tasks will be:

• Supporting the end-to-end process of the delivery in Romanian language
• Answering customer queries related to products or delivery
• Entering the orders in SAP
• Keeping contact with customers, warehouses, delivery companies via phone and e-mail
• Follow-up credit limits, liaise with the cash collection team
