Our partner is a prominent American company that distributes high-end health and cosmetic products on numerous international markets. They are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist, who will act as a Key Account Manager for key clients. The team is diverse and open-minded, in addition there are NO SHIFTS, they work in regular office hours.

The focus of the position:

Sales Support Specialist builds a partnership with Brand Representatives. Provides sales support to Brand Representatives and above. Plan, strategize, set goals and monitor advancement towards targets as well as educate them on compensation plan and ongoing incentives.

Your tasks will be:

• Maintaining professional, effective working relationships with Sales Representatives to help them reach their goals
• Providing personalized support and trainings on company policies, procedures, and strategies
• Providing updates to Sales Representatives on business incentives and promotions
• Monitoring accounts and ensure personalized support in order to meet their targets
• Providing presentations at company organized events (including traveling)
• Provide regular online trainings/live updates to Sales Representatives
