The focus of this role:

• Provide online and telephone support for molecular biology researchers
• Provide professional guidance and support for real-time PCR instruments, software, kits and services.
• Maintain customer data in SAP
• Help customers with technical inquiries, product issues and complaints
• Assist customers in ordering devices and services
• Work in a team to develop company databases and assess customer needs
