Job description

Our client is working on next generation customer engagement procucts for the global market. We are looking for a Product Designer to an international, 11 member agile team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design products within the team across desktop, mobile, and web
  • Influence product management by ordering & conducting research projects on existing and future customers
  • Work with the product team translating customer problems & use cases into engaging experiences
  • Follow up engineering delivery and assure UI quality
  • Understand the business, markets, and customers of each product
  • Maintain an agile design process to support speed-to-market
  • Keep informed of trends and innovation in design, and socialize that information
  • Work closely with the product management team to formulate strategic product direction
  • Participate in qualitative customer-facing interviews and product roadmap discussions
  • Drive/own product experience & design decisions from beginning to end
  • Inspire fellow designers by setting quality standards within the team
  • Report on progress to team lead
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience designing engaging product experiences
  • Expert with preferred design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Zeplin, Codepen, Framer...)
  • Reliable high-level, conceptual design (UX) skills
  • Strong sense of connecting design and business goals
  • Master prototyping user flows
  • Fluency in English
  • Personable, with the ability to work across cultures and organizations
  • Ability to deliver breakthrough design solutions
  • Able to show a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to deliver superior solutions
  • Can integrate the output of corporate functions (copy, marketing, engineering, research, sales...) into product design
  • Refined communication skills, good relationship building capabilities
  • Sense of empathy, customer focus
