Your responsibilities will include:
- This role will require the person to work hand-in-hand with the bid team, sales leads and service line leads to meet pipeline requirements and bid response timelines.
- They will work with the sales team to help develop a wide variety of customised, professional-quality materials for new clients and renewal contracts.
- Analyse client bid documents and help develop client pricing submissions.
- Review and consolidate pricing for multi-service line pursuits into single profit proformas.
- Partner with all Service Lines (Facility Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration and Project Management) to review and maintain benchmarks and analysis for all pursuits.
- Maintain a database of all active and completed pursuits and work with finance and business line leads for forecasting and budgeting pipeline.
