You will be responsible for:

• Develop HR Service strategy and lead a team in providing HR Support and Administration services
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members, maintaining a high standard of leadership
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet SLAs, ensuring continuous service coverage and managing performance targets
• Monitor KPIs, including performance and efficiency targets, SLAs, and take corrective actions as needed
• Establish HR service standards, processes, and policies for a consistent employee experience
• Drive and participate in HR projects, identify areas for improvement, and oversee implementation
• Collaborate with HR functions and business units, serving as a knowledgeable contact for HR administrative topics
• Gather business requirements and translate them into service and technology needs in collaboration with the HR BP
