We are looking for a HEAD OF ACCOUNTING who will merge two companies' financial processes, someone who is ready to take on the challenge of doing the following tasks:

• analyzing the company’s current financial processes
• identifying the development opportunities
• actively participating in the preparation and implementation of the new organization structure and processes
• developing a new working structure of the financial group closely cooperating with the CFO
• managing and supervising the following teams’ daily tasks: (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Report to Report, Supplier workflow)
• managing the financial departments on different locations in Hungary
• acting as leader of bigger groups (20-30 people) with the cooperation of team leaders
• giving reliable support for the colleagues during and after the organizational changes
• operating the company’s whole accounting, invoicing and labor related processes
• supervising the IFRS and local reports
• inspecting the booking process, ensures it is executed according to the company’s financial policies and the local and IFRS rules
• keeps daily contact with the parent company’s financial leaders
• keep contact with the authorities
