Responsibilities:

• manage the refurbishment operations to maximize service levels and minimize inventory levels as well as overall logistic costs
• be involved in the buy back process, to make profitability business case
• follow up the flow of products
• coordinate allocation of refurb orders
• update contract in SAP
• manage service partners incoming shipments
