Job description

Our multinational client operating in the field of customer service and technical support is looking for candidates with Danish and English language skills. If you are searching for a part-time job, this is your chance!

Your tasks will be:

  • Provide an outstanding experience to our customers
  • Resolve basic to complex support problems for customer inquiries received via email, phone and live chat regarding visa processes
  • Use a variety of modern communication channels to offer the best possible service
  • Manage administratively process via different computer applications
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent Danish AND English language skills
  • Excellent communication (writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus
