You will be responsible for:

Order of all required services installation, transport, unloading equipment, prepared required contracts and documentation
Order of other local materials and service (for frame contract supplies)
Creating Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Variation Orders
Update relevant Ordering & Logistic project data in CRM system (VIEW system)
Monitor order milestone list and project schedules
Contact factories in case of delay or product change requests
Coordinate delivery of units with installation managers

Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

2-3 years of contract management experience ideally
English is a must and other Eastern European language skill is an advantage;
Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
Team player
Analytical and critical thinking
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, manage task environment, manage decision-making process, cross-cultural sensitivity
