Our multinational client in the real estate business is looking for a Chief Accountant for the following tasks:

• responsible for local financial operation: Tax, Treasury, Finance Accounting and Lease Administration and rent collection
• responsible for budget management and control
• responsible for Service Charges calculation and accounting
• calculation and submissions of all taxes and tax returns
• monitor any legislation changes which might have impact on accounting;
• control of procurement cycle
• support monthly/quarterly closing and take the lead in the process
• delivering input for quarterly/yearly management reports to the Shareholder and thei group
• managing checks, closing procedures and consolidation of Hungarian entities in group consolidation tool
• calculation of management fees based on different parameters (advances, periodical reconciliations)
• cash management
• prepare financial statements
• primary contact for external Auditor and Tax advisor;
• deliver ad-hoc input to internal and external stakeholders, like business controllers, HQ, and shareholders
