Finance Assistant/Office Manager


  • Office administration, including ordering supplies, greeting visitors, managing service providers, managing facilities, answering phones and other administrative duties
  • Back office procedures, including clearing statement reconciliations, variance investigation, escalation and reporting, and coordination with clearing firms
  • Various administrative assignments and special projects as requested by company managers


  • Min. 5 years of office management experience (financial service back office or banking experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (and native Hungarian)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to communicate well with co-workers and suppliers
  • Experience in working with senior management
