Our Temporary Staffing Division covers short- and long term temporary staffing services on an outstanding professional level within a short time limit according to our clients’ needs.


What does Temporary Staffing mean?

Temporary Staffing is an activity when the agency (in this case our company) let the client have the hired employee for temporary employment for work for value received. This is a three-pole legal relation in whom the employee and the agency have an employment relationship, and between client and agency a civil law contract has been reached. Relationship between client and employee does not have any legal respects.

In each case general rights and obligations of the client and agency, price conditions, conditions of employee’ s placement on the client’s payroll and the scope of co-operation are fixed in the offer and the general agreement. The co-operation with the client starts with offer and general agreement.


Recruitment


We discuss the vacancy in details with the client and we put the advertisement on different forums. We screen the candidates, conduct the first, face-to-face interviews, and then the suitable candidates are forwarded to the client. We arrange the second-round interviews and inform candidates of the final result.
