BE ONE OF THE FIRST EMPLOYEES GFSS is looking for highly-motivated, customer service-oriented people in the following position: | Group Leader Record to Report (RtR) & Treasury | The Group Leader RtR & Treasury ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the RtR & Treasury processes and their continuous optimization. This position reports directly to one of the 4 Managers (the Manager of RtR & Treasury) and approx. 15 subordinates are reporting to this Group Leader.
Ensures that all staff within the OtC team are motivated, developed and appraised. | | Tasks: - To process all regular General Ledger postings
- To ensure the correct execution of all relevant closing activities
- To ensure the correct execution of fixed assets accounting
- To support the budgeting and planning process
- Managing the interfaces between the GFSS and the local companies and external parties
- To ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of the processes in scope of the GFSS
- To manage and/or support national and international projects
Requirements: - At least Bsc degree in Finance or Economics
- Advanced command of English language
- At least 3-5 years professional experience in the RtR & Treasury area, with minimum 1 year managerial experience
- Good knowledge of processing monetary transactions
- Good knowledge of cash management
- Good knowledge of relevant facts in tax law, in particular VAT regulations
Skills and specific competencies: - Good leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Self starter, reliable, systematic and quality-oriented way of working
- High customer/service-orientation
- High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
