In order to lead and manage the organizational development and core business processes we are opening a new position in our Technologies branch; so we encourage ambitious and open minded candidates to apply for the position:
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Your being responsibilities and challenges:- improve satisfaction of existing clients'
- lead business development activity of the branch
- handle market research and analysis activities to map client needs
- deliver on performance targets via leveraging networking and special recruitment campaigns
- manage and monitor overall business activities
- launch and maintain international standards
- run the daily operation of a team of 5-10 consultants
- continuously lead, train and coach subordinates to keep up with the pace of business
- report to the Country Manager
Requirements

- University / College degree in: IT or Engineering - or adequate professional background
- native Hungarian and sophisticated English knowledge with the ability to compose combined reports
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a demanding role
- relevant practice in client relationship management
- excellent motivation and leadership background and skills
- experience in recruitment processes
- practice in ISO standards are warmly welcome
- driving license and skills
