Area Sales Manager (Stationery)

Job description
Our client, a global supplier of stationery products and services, is now looking for an

Area Sales Manager

for the Budapest area.

Main duties:
  • Managing the team of sales representatives in the region (recruit, train, motivate and coordinate)
  • Execute sales strategy and achieve targets (both individual and team)
  • Travel frequently in the region and personally consult sales representatives on their achievement and their development
  • Prepare regular reports


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years B2B direct sales experience (furniture, stationery, office electronics etc.)
  • Experience in team management!
  • Excellent management, organisation skills
  • Outstanding motivating and coordination skills
  • Conversational English knowledge
  • Willingness to travel
  • Residency in the region is not a must! (can be in Budapest as well)
