BE ONE OF THE FIRST EMPLOYEES GFSS is looking for highly-motivated, customer service-oriented people in the following position: | | Group Leader Management Accounting | | The Group Leader Management Accounting ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the Management Accounting processes and their continuous optimization. Ensures that all staff within the Mgt. Accounting team are motivated, developed and appraised. | | Tasks: - To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Mgt. Acct. processes and their continuous optimisation in coordination with the Manager Mgt. Acct. and the local companies in selected countries
- To ensure the provision of Mgt. Acct. services for the countries serviced by the respective team according to the defined SLAs/OLAs:
- Correct maintenance of Mgt. Acct.-related master data
- Execution of all relevant closing activities, the preparation of relevant management reports
- To support the budgeting and planning process
- To manage and/or support national and international projects
Requirements: - At least Bsc degree in Finance or Economics
- Advanced command of English language
- At least 3-5 years professional experience in the Management Accounting area, with minimum 1 year managerial experience
- Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP ( FI, CO, BW)
- Good knowledge in cost and profit center accounting and in profitability analysis
- Good knowledge in all relevant period-end closing activities and in the consolidation of financial statements of legal entities

- Self starter, reliable, systematic and quality-oriented way of working

- High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
